The major foundation of our Trust is our helpline which is operational between the hours of 10.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday. This is a totally confidential information and support service which is free apart from the cost of a telephone call. Currently the helpline takes on average around 120 calls per week from people who need specific expert advice, but most importantly, people who need someone to believe, to understand, to listen and help. Our team of fully trained operatives await your call.
