AWARENESS TRAINING
The AAC is committed to raising awareness of the bullying issue and to providing range of services designed to give practical help and support within the world of work. A wide range of specialist training courses have been devised by the Trust to raise awareness at all levels within organisations.
We offer: -
Tailor made in house training programmes, designed to meet individual needs and corporate objectives so ensuring that delegates have a greater awareness of their organisational responsibilities, health and safety implications and current legislation.
Company awareness presentations for: -
- Board Members and Executive Team Members
- Specialist Training for Managers
- General Awareness Training Seminars for all Staff
Maximum of 25 delegates per seminar - Two seminars per day.
The AAC has developed a two and a half hour seminar designed to unravel some concepts and attitudes towards bullying and harassment and to discover some broader definitions. To provide an introduction into what workplace bullying is, how it is manifested in the workplace, its impact on the individual and organisation and how to be able to understand the impact of their own behaviour on others as well as learning how to challenge unacceptable behaviours effectively.
All training courses/seminars include the use of power point presentations, videos, case studies, discussion groups and exercises.
