EXTERNAL INVESTIGATIONS
The implied legal responsibility to investigate and resolve formal complaints of bullying and harassment are set out in the organisation's policy and procedures and will be adhered to.
The AAC has a corporate reputation of independence, honesty, professionalism, sensitivity and directness. Our highly trained investigators are experts on the legal aspects of bullying/harassment, are able to recognise what bullying is and what it is not, and will make themselves familiar with the organisation's structure, policies, practices and management procedures prior to the commencement of any investigation.
Our investigators are highly experienced in both handling general employee complaints and grievances, as well as dealing with the emotional aspects of an investigation.
