Failure to recognise workplace bullying is an expensive mistake. The impact of bullying within an organisation can be highly destructive with inevitable implications for both productivity and profitability. The Andrea Adams Consultancy has developed a unique programme of training and development that has a proven track record of ensuring successful implementation.  The aims of our service is to reduce the social and economic consequences of bullying in the workplace by offering not only interventions designed to support preventative policies but by educating management in the fair implementation of them, as well as offering strategies for managing individual cases of bullying/harassment.

The half day seminars provide an insight into how bulling is manifested in the workplace, its impact on both the individual and organisation, covert and overt behaviours and how to effectively deal with bullying.
